Therapy for Individuals

One-on-one assistance with trying issues.

You aren’t perfect.

You make mistakes.  Sometimes the life you are living seems far away from the life you want. You look back at some of your choices and just ask yourself, “Why?”

Here’s the good news: That’s all okay.

We aren’t born into this world being the perfect person. We learn how to be the person we want to be and sometimes that involves screwing up.

I believe we all have the capacity to do better. It’s not always easy, and sometimes it takes a while, but it is within us.

So how do you do better?

How do you start living in a way that is authentic to you and who you are?  That’s where the process of therapy comes in. Through looking at your life and discovering what feels right and what feels wrong for you, you’ll start to know what choices fit for you. No two people are exactly alike and that’s why therapy is about you learning the answers for yourself through a process of discovery.

In every moment there is a chance to begin anew.  You can start towards contentment, acceptance, and growth.  Let’s get started and figure out what that looks like for you.  I tailor a personal approach to each client I see based on their goals and my experience.  This isn’t a one size fits all process, rather a personalized approach that is made to fit you.

A Commitment To Inclusivity

Human identity is shaped by a rich tapestry of experiences, from race and background to sexuality, gender identity, religion, and ability. While no single therapist holds complete knowledge of every culture or human experience, this practice is deeply committed to understanding what makes each client unique. Continuous learning in cross-cultural counseling ensures a safe, welcoming environment where individuals from all walks of life can thrive.

You are invited to come as you are and be fully known throughout the therapeutic process.
